I have a GP that re-directs My documents. I had to change the re-direct path
for one group. some of the systems took the new path with GP update and a
reboot. Other systems are not changing with the same steps. How can I force
the My Documents to change path?

If you run rsop.msc on one of the non-working clients, what do you see?

Did you try running

gpupdate /force

in a command prompt on one of them?
