How do you clone MAC address on wireless router?

I want to be able to switch from wireless to ethernet
cable modem (plugged into my laptop without the wireless
router) whenever I want. Someone told me to clone the
MAC address used by my internet provider onto my wireless
router (Microsoft MN-700). Anybody know how to do this?

run ipconfig/all (or winipcfg if using winme or 98) and get the
ethernet adapter address of the machine connected directly to the
broadband modem. then follow the instructions on page 14 on the
manual.
