If you are using Window's VPN server it must have the routing and
remote access MMC but if for some reason you can't find that MMC you
can add it as a snap-in to either an existing MMC or just type MMC at a
command prompt then in the MMC that comes up select Console then
add/remove snap-in. In the standalone tab select the add button, find
the routing and remote access snap-in and add it. Remember that this
snap-in should be available on the server that is acting as the VPN
server.
