Do I need static IP to setup my smallbusiness network?

I am trying to setup my smallbusiness at but I am having trouble configuring
the internet connection

If you intend to run server(s) that need to be publicly available (from
outside), you should have a static IP. If you only intend on using your
machines to access the Internet (outbound), you don't need a static IP.

Ideally, yes. But you can also use DDNS without a static IP (somewhat less
reliable.)
