We have the following:
-----------------------

NOTE: We have 5 public address to use.

(1) Company A and Company B - Independent of one another
(2) Company A on first floor
(3) Company B on second floor
(4) Both company's Internet connection is via T1 through one provider -
Cisco router - closet on first floor
(5) Company A has a linksys firewall router for outbound internet
(10.0.0.x ip scheme)
(6) Company B has also has a linksys firewall router for outbound internet
(192.168.100.x ip scheme)
(7) We would like to forward 2 Public IPs into Company B's 2 servers

Cisco Router from ISP (T1)

Linksys Switch (both company go through this switch)
|
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Linksys Router Firewall #2 Linksys Router/Firewall #2
Company A (10.0.0.x) - 8 users Company B (192.168.100.x) - 5
users
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Normal Internet use Own Exchange 2003 Server
and Web Server
(Would like to
have PUBLIC IP #1 NAT to Private IP of 192.168.100.5,
and would like
to have Public IP #2 NAT to Private IP of 192.168.100.6)

192.168.100.5
- Exchange
192.168.100.6
- IIS Web Server

Question: How
do I set this up properly using the devices I have for the

Public to Private NAT to occur for the 192.168.100.x subnet

Not sure the issue. You may want to use IP address pool in the RRAS.

How to setup VPN How to manage IP assignment on RRAS. Open RRAS, right-click on the RRAS server>Properties>IP. You will have two options, DHCP and Static address pool. ...

This is not VPN question - this is Exchange 2003 and Web Server question.

Thanks.
