HOW DO I MANULAAY FLASH THIS DARN MN-700. It will not connect to internet

MN-700 will not connect to internet. shows it needs to be
updated to 2.1.2.590. Power went off in middle of
configuration/update. It will not revert. How do I
manually update the firmware, like every other router
sold?
