Do I have to pay for wireless broadband with a notebook?

does a wireless broadband service have to charge on me
with a notebook?

If someone is providing a service to you, I would expect they want to
charge. This newsgroup supports Microsoft's Broadband Networking hardware
and software, not general networking.
