How do I go wireless

I have a Dell Inspiron 5150 notebook and I am not sure if I have a built in
wireless card or not? I also don't know how to go about getting my notebook
wireless....Is there a specific wireless card I need if I don't have one
built in? Do I need to get anything besides the wireless card? Any help
with this would be GREATLY appreciated.

basically you need a wireless card to plug into the laptop and probably a
wireless router that plugs into your internet modem
