BT have a web page for customers who want to go back to them for call
charges. You may not even have to contact our current telecom/broadband
provider. I am now waiting for the process to complete

http://www2.bt.com/static/i/btretail...realcallvalue/

Why do I write this to this group?

Simply because I have spent the last month wondering how to go back to BT
when I accidentally signed up for a broadband provider which included call
charging. When I signed up for free weekend calls from Tiscali .. I did not
realise that they would then be charging for weekday calls... seems obvious
now, but I am sure many others have done the same thing..

anyway this one's for the archives and the google groups search
