How do I create a "Drop Box" Folder with Win 2000 server?

I want to create a folder on the server that multiple users can save their
work to it but not screw with any of the other files in it. But have one
user have full control. Any ideas???

NTFS Security ACLs:
Authenticated Users: Read
Creator Owner: FC
Specific User you want to have full control: FC
Administrators: FC
System: FC

Share ACLs:
Authenitcated Users: Change
Administrators: FC

Try that out.
