How do I adjust DHCP lease time for an existing scope?

I cannot see any way to do this with MMC->DHCP. Is command-line the
only way?

Hello Frank,

Open your MMC and mark the scope. Then open the scope properties and you
see the scope range and down the lease duration for the clients.
