DNS Zone Update

The ISP for a company I support is complaining that he is getting
unauthorized zone update requests coming from the outside IP address
of the firewall once every hour. These updates are not permitted
because his DNS is authoritative for the zone.

DNS processes are running on Windows Server 2003 and also SBS as a
secondary. How do I configure these to stop trying to do zone updates?

How does it even know about the existence ISP's DNS to start with?

What Zones do you have that are related to Zones on the ISP's DNS?

Are you running a Split-DNS setup?
