Hi,

I have a Win2k3 server with 2 network-cards, ISA server
2000 installed, PPTP VPN enabled through RRAS. An other
server is the DHCP server. When clients connect they get
an ip address from the other DHCP server. The RRAS server
also takes an ip address. The problem now is, that the
address used by RRAS is registered in DNS and WINS with
the servername. Now if users ping my server, they get the
wrong address. Tried to delete those entries and make
them static, but they keep comming back... HELP!!!

Kind regards,

Roland.

the question is why you use two NICs. if this server is the router, they
should be in the different subnets. otherwise, disable the second NIC.
