DNS update pending problem in DHCP

I have one domain and also I have one DHCP server in my network and also
enabled the A and PTR resource record updates in DNS by DHCP.

My problem:

In the DHCP leases portion, all of the records are in "DNS update pending"
situation.
I already add my DHCP server to the DNSUpdateProxy group in Active Directory.

How can I solve this problem?

Could be a number of problems causing this. Is the DNS server the ONLY DNS
provided in DHCP options? Does the Primary DNS Suffix match the zone name in
DNS?
