So does anyone know what internet DNS servers I can
forward my Exchange 2003 server too? My ISP is having
issues with their DNS, and mail keeps getting stuck.
Looking for FREE ones, not paid. Thanks!

Take a look at www.zoneedit.com -- I use them for my domains. The first 5
domains are free.

Thanks for the info, but I don't need to "Host" my
domain, I simply need to put in DNS forwarders into my
Windows 2003 Server. My ISP handles inbound, I just need
different DNS servers for outbound Exchange. Any
thoughts? Thanks in advance.

This has been discussed in the DNS group. If you can't find a recent
reference, post your query there.

microsoft.public.windows.server.dns
