Set your ISP DNS servers in your internal DNS server forwarders tab. Set all
internal hosts to use your internal DNS server.

In other words;
>
> This is my ip address
> IP address 192.168.0.y
> Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
> Default Gateway 192.168.0.X
> DNS Server 192.169.0.y

Open DNS mmc, right-click on server, select properties, go to Forwarders
tab. Enter your ISP DNS servers, OK all the way out.

Already got that!

The problem is I can't see my own website from my network. It's hosted
by my ISP

Do you have a record for it? Put in an A record of www and point it to the
public IP address of it.
