DNS server is gone

Perhaps you could shed some light on my latest problem?
Over the week end some files were deleted and the trash
can emptied so I no longer have a dns server or IISAdmin.
Also six of the elements of exchange will not start.

I tried to repair the exchange but it did not help. So I
suspect I'll have to re-install the exchange and DNS
server. I'm using the Small Business 2000 software.

Any other suggestions? I'm just starting to research this
now since I'm not all that familiar with DNS and Exchange
Servers.

have you tried a file recovery program?
may save you a reinstall...
