DNS round-robin w/ shared/sync'ed folder?

Thanks in advance for any help.

We have a situation where we are using DNS round-robin and the web app
allows them to upload a small image. I'm trying to figure out a away to
either have that folder (where the images are uploaded too) shared by the
web app on the servers or to at least have them sync-up in a reasonable
amount of time.
