Hello!

I would like to know if someone knows if there is any document or link that
explains what is
the DNS replication behavior, about, if DNS Forest Directory Partition on
one DC that has been updated with new records, respect replication
schedules, or if it overrides it, and replicate all those updated records to
other DC that are also DNS servers before the schedule for AD replication is
available.

Thanks!!!

Depends on the topology. Keep in mind, this is in a nutshell. In a
multi-domain forest, there are two, well 3 if you count the GC, replication
topologies going on in the background. One is the domain replication
partnerships topolgoy. The other is the forest replication topology.
However, keep in mind, one doesn't override the other. If the partnership
between a DC in ForestA/DomainA is partnered with a DC to Foresta/DomainB,
then the ForestDnsZones app partitition will replicate along with any domain
data. Partnership topology is auto created by the KCC for members in a
specific domain. You can view the partnerships in Sites and Services, NTDS,
connection objects to otehr servers. If onew site, there is no 'schedule'
per se, if there are sites, then there are schedules, and it complicates it
a bit along with other factors, but whether it replicates or not is depended
on what DC is partnershipped with it.

I hope this helps:

There are numerous books on the subject that are helpful as well.
