dns is not binding !!!!

TCP/IP Setting is manually configured.
so,during three months this setting is not problem.
suddenly internet is not working.
so i saw winipcfg.
ip address,gateway address is displayed, but dns address
is disappeared.
i had input dns address manually and whenever reboot,dns
address is disappeared and ip address,gateway address is
displayed.
i can also ping local network,and so i had changed
serveral nic card,but dns address is disappeared
continually whenever reboot.
what's the problem?
