DNS missing

It doesn't matter if you use ipconfig or winipcfg.

Is your DNS configured? How are you obtaining your IP address?

In Windows 98 go to start/run and type in winipcfg. This
will give you a window to choose your network adapter and
then it will show you your connection settings.
