I'd use the internal DNS for the 1st DNS server i.e. 127.0.0.1 or it's real
IP address (not the loopback) then your ISP's DNS server IP as the secondary
DNS server IP. That way your clients will query the internal DNS server 1st
for local queries, then if that request can't be resolved, it will try the
external DNS servers second.
