Can I just right click/delete a zone....or is their a more proper way of
removing a zone?

Before I delete a zone, I make it a practice to first save it to file in
case of any "oooops!"

Otherwise, if you haven't had more than 1 bottle, right-clicking and
deleting is a safe thing to do if you really mean to do it or you are just
plain PO'ed at your employer
