dns -- conditional forwarder

I am sure the subject made everyone groan but I just want to double check
that I am not missing something.

Of course I have the message, "Conditional forwarding is not available
because this server is a downlevel server.".

Here is what I want to do:

I have another internal domain that is authoritative by another windows 2003
server (testing AD 2003). Rather than reconfigure the clients that I am
testing with, I just wanted to forward DNS for that domain to that DNS server
from our main DNS servers.

How can I achieve this?

I have never seen this message. Are you trying to enable conditional
forwarding on a Windows 2000 DNS Server?
