Hey there, I have a server and for some reason I am unable to go to
external web pages. I can run the ping command and it returns the
domains IP but other then that the request times out. I normally would
not care if I could get to websites on a server but wsus needs to
update its-self and it fails every time. The other thing is that I am
able to connect thew remote desktop and work like normal just no
internet. Any idea what it could be?

Thanks

Yes. The other thing is that our internet went down for about a week
while we were switching providers and this is the only server that is
having issues getting back online.

Thanks.

have one server for the router/gateway. Not sure if that changes

No No, the server that is having the problem is not the router and is
not the gateway. The server that we are having problems with ONLY has
wsus running on it.
