Greetings,
In a typical network enviroment an admin will use the configuration of the
router to assign a machine to a DMZ. If you wish to have a complete network
wide open to the internet then that would be something you would have to
create in your network design.
Not really sure what your trying to accomplish, one PC wide open or a whole
network. If it's one PC, use the DMZ option on your firewall.
