[DLL] Secur32.dll "US and Canada Only" version

Hi,

I'm looking for Windows 98 dll secur32.dll with Description "US and Canada
Only". The only version I could find is the "Export Version" (attached)

This file is supposed to be provided by DSCLient.exe (it's a zip), the
Active Directory Client for Windows 9x, that is in directory clients\win9x
of Windows 2000 Server.

Is someone can provide it to me?
