dlink support, oh dear

Foned the techincal #, got thru to some indian who i couldnt understand a
word he was saying, explained about 4 times and he says no no nothing wrong
with your modem and cut me off.

Found out only 1 year warranty, but 3years with edimax.

Emailed dlink saying how poor the support was and i wont use them again,
wonder if i will get a reply.

Just checked the website and no routers, seems edimax have 3 years tho

I would go with Belkin, support is excellent, via email response within
24hrs.

And a lifetime warranty.

I'm not surprised you had a problem. He was probably expecting to talk
to someone who spoke English properly.

Did you actually go to school?

Yes. Apparently you need a new keyboard. The CAPS key is broken, as is
the SHIFT key and you're missing a "'", ", " and "."
