DLINK setup help?

I just got the DLINK DI-624 Router and the DWL-520 wireless for my
computers. My main computer is hooked up to the router and accesses
the internet great. The other computer, with the wireless card,
won't/can't access at all.

The WLAN light on the router is not lighting, and I don't know if
there is something simple that I need to do?

I have tried to read the instructions but cannot see what I am doing
wrong/not doing right.
