Hello all,
I recently purchased a dlink DIR-655 to replace my linksys wireless G broadband router. My linksys worked flawlessly with port forwarding; however, my dlink dir-655 is not letting traffic from outside of my lan to my servers. I do have the ports forwarded and my ISP does NOT block any ports(ie: 80,20,21, etc...) which is a blessing. I verified this with the IT guy over the phone; also, I was able to access my servers with the linksys router. I am also able to access the servers using the internal lan ip address. I am assuming the addresses are configured correctly?
I honestly do not think the router is malfunctioning and I think it is due to my configuration settings. I am stumped as to why my linksys is able to forward traffic correctly and my dlink dir-655 is not. By the way, I do not have any firewalls activated.
Any suggestions/trouble shooting are greatly appreciated!

-Thank You,
Rich
