DLink DI-624+ keeps rebooting

Hello,

Does anybody know that weird behaviour of DLink DI-624+?

I have 3 computers connected to that router. Two by cable, and one
(notebook) wireless.

When the notebook is turned off, network is working properly, but when I
turn the notebook on, DLink keeps rebooting about every 5 minutes, which
is very annoying.

I've read, that some people faced such problems with that particular
model of DLink, but haven't found anybody, who solved that problems.
Most of the people says, that firmware updates didn't help

What's more, the problem does not occur, when the notebook's battery is
loading! (Believe me, I've tested it many times, so it's not a coincidence).
