DLink DGL-4300 (or similar) Gamefuel rules and prioritization

When Gamefuel rules are enabled, with automatic classification turned
off, will low priority (set to 255), gamefuel-prioritized packets
supersede packets that do not have a gamefuel rule associated to them
at all (e.g normal traffic)? Does normal, unruled traffic fit
somewhere around medium priority traffic?

I tried asking Dlink support, but they just copied the manual's entry
on Gamefuel setup and sent it to me *wank*.

Thanks!
