DLink 520+ question

Okay, stupid question. There's an extra backplate, with a hole for the
antenna and one for the access light included in the box. Anyone know
the purpose? It's not mentioned in the paperwork.

I think I did see brief mention of that, possibly on the cd. Said something
about the extra (short?) backplate being used if the full size item is too
long. I've never seen a pc that would use a short backplate like that
supplied.

Some small Dell Desktop PC's only have a half hight PCI slot. I assume the
extra plate is for PC's like these.

I didn't get one with mine. However, an AGP card I recently bought had an
extra backplate - for "mini-PCI" installations (which take half-height cards).
