I Have a Dlink 524 with b2 V 2.02 firmware, the problem is that I have
to re-boot the router every 2-3 days as web browsing slows down to
almost a complete crawl. The router is hardwired to a telewest cable
modem on a 4MB connection. If I take the router out and connect
directly all is fine. Any help appreciated.

TIA

Are you running peer-to-peer filesharing? That's a common cause of this
problem.

A simple work-around might be to put the router on a digital timer that
power cycles it (say) at 3 AM.
