The OP says "Demon Express for £24.99". This was their 50:1 Express
package which was discontinued in January and replaced with the
HomeOffice range.
The packages mentioned on the business pages are Express Plus and
Express Pro, 20:1 packages at £50 and £100 a month respectively, so
not the same thing.

Seemingly Demon have even had issues migrating people from HomeOffice
500 to HomeOffice 1000.
