Hi,

I have an issue one of my machines getdisconnected from home wireless
network (one more than the other but most do). All machines use USB
adapter, except my laptop with PCMCIA which behaves well.

I have router is Ipaq CP-2w

I looked at the statistics as I cannot find the reason

I see something that does not look NORMAL not at all

All values related to error (or so I understand) increase all the time

Deferred transmission
Retry limit exceed
Single retry
And discard: other

is it really an issue? What can I do to further debug?

I have disconneted all machines leaving only my laptop with PCMCIA
adapter
I have retored router factory defaults to be on safe side
Below is the log the router outputs.

I think its a bot confusing in the below format within HTML, but just
look at the columns and the values and tell me if anything is really
problematic.

I didconnected from ADSL modem as well, in such case only Deferred
transmission still advance, its only one laptop and one PC.

Look for neighbors with 2.4 gzh spread spectrum cordless phones or cheap
microwaves (or in your own house). Solutions? Move to the 5.4 ghz
spectrum.

I think that you are getting way to deep into the problem Roni. Once
again: I suggest that you make sure the router has the latest version
of the drivers installed.

When you installed the router software I believe it also installed an
upgrade utility?

What's happening is the routers wireless is intermittently dropping
the IP transmission. Only an engineer cares why, just patch the
hardware or switcht to a reliable brand like Orinoco (Gold or Silver).
