When the scope is originally created you should already use the *entire* IP
Range of the subnet it serves. Then then use the Exclusions to limit the
address given out.
192.168.0.1 -- 192.168.0.254
Then do the exclusions how you see fit.
Scopes can only have one range, so I don't know what you mean by "two
ranges". You can change the range anytime you want by going into the
properties of the scope. The only thing you can not change is the mask.
