Be careful of relying too much on published data for Broadband.

For example, go to www.samknows.com , go to 'Availability ckecker'
and then enter the Postcode for Whitchurck (between Andover and
Basingstoke in Hampshire) eg RG28 7HB.

Look at BT ADSL, for example, and marvel at the power of modern technology.
