Windows 98 se: Just noticed that I don't have the double crt icon in the
lower right notification area. What do I have to do to turn it on?

Which version of Windows? For 9x, I don't know that you can. At least, I
can't find it. In XP/2K, it's part of the NIC's properties.

I should have mentioned that I was talking about Windows 98 SE

I'll look at my main 98 box on Thursday. Right now, I can only work with a
barely functioning VPC that I can't update. Still, I think that bugger only
shows up for DUN connections in Win95/98/98SE.

as Gary stated..it will not show for highspeed connections ...only dialup

although I do recall someone mentioning a 3rd party program that would
enable a similar function...
