Discrete LAN Segment

At a site where there is an existing LAN I have a need to
create a second discrete LAN (invisible to the existing
LAN) using the same Internet connection as the existing
LAN. The existing LAN connects via an 8 port switch
connected to a single port broadband router that is
connected to a shared T1. The broadband router is
configured with a static WAN IP Address. Does anyone have
a recomendation for how I could achieve this?
