Disconnect message

I am running windows server 2003 standard edition on the
server and windows xp on the desktops. Every night at
11:00 P.M. and after we get what I have been told is a
disconnect error message. I checked to make sure that the
tape back up on the server was not going off at that
time, turned of the screen saver, and hibernate.
Everything works fine until 11:00 P.M. what should I
check next?
