After we disable the scope and the Client machine will not be able to renew
the address and would start the Discover sequence again.
This time it will get the IP from the new scope.
The machine need not be restarted, but if the lease expires by then, then
the machine will have a new IP address to which the user will not be able to
TS.
But Still the machine should be reachable by machine name, coz once you VPN
you are the part of Corp Network.
