Disabled socket pooling and can't get in on terminal services

I followed the directions in Microsoft Knowledge Base
Article - 813368 with regard to disabling socket pooling
and adding IP's which I have added about 25 and left
about 5 off the list becuase they will be part of
separate programs that have to use port 80. So then I
stopped and restarted the services as described and
thought I was done. I then did a few other things not
associated with this and then did a restart on the server
(all the work to this point had been done remotely via
the remote desktop connection and terminal services.)
After the restart I attempt to connect and I get an
error "the remote computer has ended the connection."

I have tried the IP's I included as well as the IP's that
I didn't include with no success.

Any ideas?

Brandon
