Disable Write Caching, Opportunistic Locking on NetConnections in W2K3

I am looking to either disable any network write caching
and/or opportunistic locking, or ENABLING some sort of
True Commit switch for Windows Servers accessing network
shares.

I am looking to reduce database file corruption caused by
shares that cache, or hold a file locked over a share.

I knew how to do this with Windows 98...
