Disable Shared Folders Over Network

Is it possable to disable shared folders on a LAN with
win2k3 acting as a dhcp server? and if it is possable how
would i go about doing this?

Not sure what you mean by disabling shared folders. End users can't create
shares on their workstations without local admin rights, and they can't
create shares on the server, either.
