Releasing the IP address will disable network access, and renewing the
IP address will enable network access. You can do that using Start |
Run | Winipcfg or using the "ipconfig /release_all" and "ipconfig
/renew_all" commands. You can put the "ipconfig" commands in batch
files if desired.
