Hi,

To prevent excessive data traffic on a slow link, how do I disable the
explorer from reading all executables to determine the default icons since
every application is opened to discover the default icon. Clients vary from
XP SP2, Vista Business to Microsoft RDP (windows 2003 & 2003 R2).

I couldn't find any policy or anything usefull on the internet (only bitmap
caching using thumbs.db).

Thanks in advance.
