disable the drage and drop feature

Hello. I am the administrator of our company's network. We
only got a Netware 5 server as a file server for 20
client station (Win ME) to login.
Many user always drag the folders to somewhere carelessly.
Does anyone know how to disable the user to drag and drop
feature in Windows ME. I am tired to help the user to look
for their lost data. I cost me too many time .

I had posted this problem in newsgroup.Windows.setup, but
they said they could not gave me a solution without
upgrade to Windows XP. So, they asked me to post my
problem in this forum.
Please help me.

WindowsME was not designed as a business OS; the security requirements
are different. Could you not send a message around detailing how to use
the "Search" function?

Are these folders user created, or part of your company's system design
specs?
