Disable domain name dialog

How can I disable the domain name dialog in the logon
panel? Our users (school pupils) insist on making changes
to the name (i.e. exchanging "O" for "0", "l" for "1",
adding spaces to the end etc. All very inventive but next
user doesn't understand why they can't log on. I can use
a resource editor to edit mpserv.dll, but suspect that's
illegal and in any case, would have to deploy manually to
each station as it won't copy at logon ('sharing
violation' error). I can't find anything in Policies.
Can anybody help me?

I don't have time to check this out, but this registry hack supposed will
return the user to the desktop if cancel is hit. Not sure if it applies to
changing the domain name.

Thanks for your trouble, but it won't help with this
problem. Disable is already sorted; it's just the access
to the Domain box we need to restrict. I can do it using
a resource editor to tweak the particular dll file but
would then have to manually install at every station
before logon (can't deploy it at logon as it's the logon
dll that's being copied, hence 'sharing violation'. If
anyone knows of a way to do this, maybe with some script
to edit all clients' scheduler....? It would be a pain to
install to every station individually.
