Directional Panel Antenna photos/design/plans

Has anyone seen construction details for panel antennas?
example: http://www.superpass.com/SPLG22.html

They contain an etched PCB, so simple to make, cheap to buy as well.
But not cheap enough so I want to make my own. ;o)
